It was a pretty simple process. You rent everything online and then after you pay you can put in your code and pull through. Only problem we had was the website wasn’t taking our payment so we called (after hours weekend) and a lady took the information and we were done. It might be kinda hard to get a really big vehicle around the lot, it’s a little tight. Best price in town though!!

Very easy process. I reserved my unit and paid my first month's rent through the website. Staff followed up with me through a phone call to make sure I was able to access the gate and unit. Very courteous staff on the phone, and the unit was very clean! Only issue I had was trying to purchase a lock through the automated machine. Upon entering my cash, it responded that the lock could not be dispensed and printed me a receipt that I have to take to the office to receive a refund.

This is my first time ever doing something remotely "grown up" and I was really nervous because I didn't know what to expect, but Monica answered all of my questions through the phone and was very patient with me. Bill was super nice as well, and he helped me fix whatever problems I had. I am very thankful for their willingness to help me out and make this experience a great one for me! I will most definitely be using them again.
