If I could give a negative stars it would be a -10. They lied to me asking me to take my negative review down and they would give me my stuff and I have had 2 units here since 2022. And it has been nothing but a head ache with the Ethan the manger is a smartass and a liar being in contact with him and he never wants to answer or return my calls. My unit was filled up to the top you almost couldn’t get the door open. And Ethan came by and seen me having to empty it my self actually watched me try to load a 2O0 pound desk into the truck by myself me being on 5’1 tall and just watch me struggle I had been in c on tact with him the whole time and never once got a reply when I finally get someone to help me as we are loading a load in the truck he falls on the sheets oh thick ice that goes in front of the whole door and thick as hell so the man falls so hard it bust his head and you could hear it knock the breathe out of him and he could do nothing but lay in the parking lot freezing cold for about 15 minutes and it’s on camera now mind you my 15 year old step daughters dead’s mom ashes are in the unit along with my husbands father all the clothes I own my the only pictures I have left in this world and my step daughters priceless dolls that her mother got her before she died that are priceless to her. And still I’m left Ethan know what’s going on when I have only 2 truck loads and it’s something that there’s no way I can lift in my own and as the only person that I had to help me has hurt their self’s on there property I’m at a stand still. So as I got to get the last 2 truck loads cause I’m hearing nothing back from Ethan I get to the unit the lock is gone and all my clothes step daughters clothes everything is gone. And still no reply or anything. I suppose I will just get in contact with a lawyer since my friend was hurt on their property and I have our conversation recorded and documented. And I have the last review they asked me to take down. That I will be posting also. That’s why it seems they don’t have any bad reviews because they lie to people and get them to delete the bad once just to go lie and don’t stand by their word. I will be reporting to the bbb also.

Magnificent place for a storage unit!!! I've had a unit there for about 2-3 years. Always safe, secure and easy to access. The customer service has been excellent! They've definitely gone above and beyond!

Ethan and team were prompt to respond and extremely professional in taking care of the matter. Great business people all around!

I needed spur of the moment storage given an extraordinary circumstance. The staff here did a great job getting me set up right away. Very quick response with all of the information I needed to get access on an early Sunday morning move in. The 24 access is great! Super clean unit and was easy to navigate a 28' UHAUL truck right to the door!

It was a great experience renting a storage unit for the summer while my daughter was home for the summer from college! The staff was VERY helpful, moving in and out was a breeze & cost was economical. We WILL be using this storage until company again!
