Very easy process to pay online and get same-day access. Great move-in specials that eased the burden of that "extra" storage bill. Fenced outside storage property with keypad gate and lots of security cameras. I liked that they offered a size unit that is 10ft wide and 5ft deep. Perfect for my needs at the time. (It is common in other storage places to find units 5ft wide and 10ft deep, but those are harder to access in my opinion) Chelsea was great and very helpful to answer my questions and assist me via phone and text when it came time for me to move out.

Not a place you want to store anything. Rats ate up my clothes stored there, the terrain is all sloped and washed out gullies difficult to get truck in . Wasn’t able to access my storage for 2 days because of gate not working. The pit of storage units. Check out the rat infestation on just 1 container on my clothes stored. Thinking about seeking compensation.

I was very happy when working with homegrown storage! My unit was clean and ready for me to move in and the customer service team, especially Lauren, we’re very helpful when I needed some ice removed to be able to get my U-Haul into the facility! They got someone out there to take care of it within a few hours and I was able to pack up and move as planned! I highly recommend getting a storage unit with them! I also ended up forgetting to do a few things upon my moving out and they were very understanding and helpful during the process which I definitely appreciated because Moving is stressful as it is!
