I had a technical difficulty with my reservation online with the pricing locking in. I tried to call customer service and was on hold and they hung up on me, So I went into the location and spoke with the ladies that worked there and they were so kind and called customer service there for me.customer service told me there was nothing they were able to do. I left, and while I was gone Kendall called someone else to see what she could do. Between Kendall, Alex, and Karen helping they got it figured out. (Karen helped through FaceTime to make sure it got done) They worked so hard! Thank you all for taking your time and helping me! THIS is what customer service should look like!!
