I drove a very long way after packing all day and night only to get out here to , find surprise, THE ASSIGNED GATE code DOESN'T WORK! NOW, I have TO drive all the way back home at 11:00 p.m. and then come all the way back out here in the morning t Just o do it all over again! W h o s going to pay me for gas, nobody! Who can you get a hold of to ask for help at this hour? nobody! Why are there not assigned representatives to call when s situations like this happens or some other way to reference a passcode or generate a new one or something ! can't be the first one to do this! I will have spent 40 bucks when I have to come back out here tomorrow to do this--that's what is ticking me off!! I have do it all over again tomorrow when I was supposed to be on the road at 6:00 a.m but . now I have to wait for them to open or the representative call service to open at 8:00. I'm going to be 2 hours behind in time now.! Look I'm sure the storage units are fine. I'm sure everything else is fine!I apologize! I don't normally leave low ratings, unless it's really bad but this was just a bad night for this to happen and I can't fix it and it should be able to be fixed! If it's just a random passcode there should be a way to generate a new one as long as the customer authenticates with the proper identification and any implemented question challenges presented to the customer..In fact, I know there is because I've used it before with other sites.

Beware. This place is corporate greed at its absolute finest. They lure you in with a decent rate, then jack up the price every single year until you’re paying something absurd. My tiny 5x10 went from $75 to nearly $200 a month, while brand-new customers walk in and get the same unit for the original rate. When you point out how ridiculous that is, their only “solution” is for you to move all your stuff to a different unit, sign a brand-new lease, and let them start the whole game over again. It’s basically: pay up or drag your boxes across the property and reset the trap. This isn’t inflation. It’s a business model built on squeezing long-term customers because they know most people don’t have time to move their whole storage unit. If you don’t want to get taken advantage of, look somewhere else. This place counts on you giving up.
