Unfortunately all of my items were covered on top with rat feces. The place added the rodent comment in their lease understandable but an infestation is totally different. It becomes a health hazard after a point. The manager that is there is lazy. A manager would have nipped this in the bud with proper attention. He has an uncaring snotty attitude when someone upset speaks to him. I'm disabled with an open nose canal. No water was offered no chair was offered. Not taking responsibility and putting up a defense and then snotting off saying he was going to give me back my rent but since I was upset he's just not going to. Of course still not offering me water. And then instead of giving a polite resolve he said he's calling the police. Yes, I was upset but not so much to the cost of wasting the citizens money with a call to police officers because he's of a suddens "professionally" (lol) insulted, I'm a Christian, disabled, older lady, not to be treated like a thug. Some may call this young one a lazy piece of perk to idiocy. We left of course. I'm not going to waste tax papers money just because a business is too low to do the right things. He just wanted me to leave instead. Im wondering if this is an owner's son with the "I'm safe in my job attitude" at this point, i have no idea. Oh, and my grandson and daughter was with me. Their trash bin was completely full with others moving out too. We couldn't even throw away our trash. They also didn't have any soap in their restroom. They reluctantly gave me hand sanitizer that they had in his desk and told me to hold out my hands. There were 3 of us. I said, Ya gotta be kidding right? I stuck my hand out to shake his hand politely and said well then, thank you for your service. (I was going to leave afterwards lol) He snapped and said just keep it. It was a key ring sanitizer. His management skills are null. Do not rent at Big Lenny's. Its not worth the work you have to do. I'm worried now because my sinuses are messed up (i can't wear my prosthetic because it slips off when doing the kind of work that had to be done to clean it.) and my friends son has asthma. My friend's son and church members helped me move. I've rented rentals for over 25 years in TN and in NC for my business i had and my personal items. This is the first time I've even had a mouse. Sickening that its at my worst health in renting in my life. What a deep shame and hurt this has been. I've got several pictures. Not done unpacking yet. More to come.

Great place to store items or cars. The manager on site was easy to work with and the prices were the best in town.

Good place to rent a truck and grab a storage. The manager on site made it all easy and stream lined. I got one of the outside containers that i could back my uhaul right up to!

Nice on site manager, easy to work with and greatest indoor prices in town. Stored here and rented a U-Haul through their on site service.

the guy who runs the desk, hunter, is such a nice guy. Never rented a unit before and he answered all my questions!
