I’ve had a storage unit here for over a year now, and if you’ve ever been to this location, you already know that Angela is absolutely heaven-sent at her job. This isn’t just work to her—she runs the store like it’s her own business. She truly cares about her customers, always works with you, and everyone knows her by name. The property is always clean, the office smells amazing, and Angela is easy to reach whenever you need her. They even have fun ways to win free storage rent! Hands down, the best storage experience I’ve ever had.

I went to cancel my storage unit on SE Tater Peeler Rd. In Lebanon. I had called prior to wanting to move everything out as a heads up like I did to a previous place I went to and they told me they can’t do anything until all my things are out. So I called on a Friday at 4:30 because their gates are open past their hours letting them know which was a day away from when I got billed again (getting my moneys worth). So I called right before moving my things out and left a message stating my name, unit, the fact that everything will be gone, and to call me if they need anything. Monday morning rolls around and I get a call with immediate attitude from a lady, she didn’t announce her name, saying I left my lock on and I will have to pay for the next month since it was Monday. The lock wasn’t mine, however when I stated that she didn’t believe me and went back and forth with me like a toddler. I told her I wasn’t paying that month because I got everything out prior and she gave me more attitude telling me to “have a nice day” then hung up without resolving anything. I later called, made her send me a picture of the unit I was using and told THAT LOCK ISNT MINE. She then tells me she can check the cameras and resolve everything. Completely unprofessional, no apology, could’ve started out with that statement. DO NOT GO HERE THE FAULTY SUCKS AND ARE RUDE. Which by the way this issue took an entire day to resolve because of her actions, thankfully I wasn’t at work.

Mr Kirby will treat like he's known you for years and he wants to masks sure you are happy and satisfied with the service you are receiving. The manager is the sane way. Highly recommend this place...
