Cant go wrong renting from here. Emily at Extra Space Storage was incredible to work with. What started as a simple stop to sort out a storage unit turned into one of the most genuinely pleasant customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me get everything figured out. I ending up needing an additional unit here. What really stood out though was the conversation we had along the way. We ended up talking about faith, family, and life, and it just felt like talking to a genuinely good person who truly cares about people. Emily made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

All my valuable things was stolen out of my storage unit. I went and told the ladies in the office building the situation she was very combative and said well she didn’t do it!!!! I had purchased the insurance and a year later I still wasn’t able to get any compensation. So BEWARE!!!!!!!! It’s best to go Storage town of America or got to Olive branch,Ms

Management (Emily) is very helpful and friendly. The facility is kept clean and secured. I highly recommend the Hacks Cross location. I’ve had the most pleasant experience as a tenant.
