She walked me through all the unit options, helped me find the best size for my budget, and explained everything clearly so there were no surprises with the rental or fees. She went above and beyond with her customer service, answered all my questions with patience, and made the whole process fast and stress-free. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her job. Public Storage is lucky to have her!

I have two storage units. Public on Getwell is the one that has never been broken into. I’m very grateful for that. Keanan has been very considerate and helpful the whole time I’ve been there. The property on Getwell Is safe. The management (Keanan) is reasonable and friendly when I have problems like being in the hospital. I never meant to stay this long, but you’ve made it so easy and worry-free I have not had a reason to move out. Thank you.
