I like how easy everything is to use. I like how you walk in an online manger starting helping as soon as possible. They gave us a lock to go with our storage. That alone is awesome! They got us our storage within seconds, everything was simple and easy to do. Getting to our storage was even more easy. They had good prices and place to store our stuff and vehicle Thank you!

The storage units are ok, no lights at all inside units or anyway to add lighting. The main thing I have noticed is the smell is unbearable at times from the landfill across the street. Unloading everything for the first time in units was bad. I really feel like the landfill should be doing better. Smells like the worst you have ever smelled from a trash dumpster with every breeze just making it more intense. It’s the same everyday I go by my units. I have a couple I use for tools and supplies for work. I go by about once or twice a week. I just changed from another one that was closer to me but twice as much. I had been there 4 years. Not sure how long I’ll stay at this place. Maybe it will get better. Starting to think I’d pay twice as much for a fresh breeze. I’ll try to remember to update every couple months

Apparently they can jack the rent from 88 a month to 235 and expect me to remain a customer? My mother passed away recently and was only using it to move her stuff from Kentucky to my house which I rented it in November...Thankfully I havent even moved the big items so I will be canceling this and finding another storage unit that will hopefully not raise the rent almost 3 times as much. Hope this doesnt happen to everyone!

First of no one works here so you can only call someone online. The entrance to the property always has mud at it so you have to drive through it. My storage unit didn’t have any lighting and was dirty. Also smelt really bad.

Great experience, got my second storage unit today with the Murfreesboro location. I got help from Omar Arreguin to ensure agreements were up to date and unit was accessible! Everything was good thanks a ton!
