The guys at the office were very friendly and helpful. We leased a u haul and then decided to use the storage unit as the prices were more affordable. I recommend this business wholeheartedly! 😊

At least once a week someone drops off a U-Haul in front of the gate, completely blocking off the entrance for up to 14 hours. I haven’t seen the homeless lady that was living there in a while, but saw a person sleeping on a cart in one of their hallways the other morning. They also cut the lock off my unit, leaving it unsecured, and refused to replace the lock. You can do better elsewhere.

I’ve had a very positive experience of renting storage units at Abbott Storage on Charlotte. Most recently David in the office has been so helpful with my recent moves out of units and into new units. David took the time hear what I needed and what I wanted to do and worked with my busy schedule. I’ve rented here for 15 years. Its clean and I feel safe working in and out of my units and being on the property. The staff is friendly and professional and will work with you; it’s important to ask, communicate and follow through! I recommend this facility. Reserving/renting a unit online is easy to do as is the in person the process. Talk to the staff and they will work with you!
