I called and spoke with Javier and Elian over the phone, and his customer service was amazing. He wasn’t pushy or sales-focused at all—he genuinely just wanted to help. When I came into the office, Karen was very welcoming and efficient. I could have chosen any storage facility nearby, but the outstanding customer service truly made the difference. Highly recommend!

I'm So glad I got a storage unit @ the Hamilton Church Rd location. It's been a little bumpy, but they are all willing to go the extra mile to get things right. Karen and Elion are the best! We've been in contact with each other for over a month and a half, and I think we've finally got everything worked out. There was a problem with the lock and it had to be replaced. Then, it was a mistake with the rent payment being misplaced, but they have done everything to help me out and fix the issues. They're always so accommodating. It's really appreciated 👍🏻!

This is a newer facility and the staff was very helpful and personable. Deb was so helpful when she took me on the tour! Elian was very informative when signing my contract and telling me everything about the unit! It was a quick and easy process. It took less than 30 minutes to complete. I would definitely recommend this as your storage spot in the area.

Great prices with indoor and outdoor cube units. Clean and secure location. They have security cameras set so you would feel safe. They have merchandise dollys so you can haul a lot of items in and out. Plus supplies to help like boxes, tape etc. They offer several sizes to choose from. Christina was very friendly and professional.
