Todd was so amazing! Professional funny amazing with facts and details amd also very friendly! Going thru a devastating issue like a flooded home is hard but with todd he was great!!! When he heard what was going on he was a quick jump to help! We need more store managers like him!!

I’ve been a customer at this Extra Space Storage location for almost a year and have always paid on time, with only two late occurrences. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Todd Smith, has recently made me uncomfortable enough to share this review. Last weekend, Mr. Smith contacted me in a manner that felt abrupt and unprofessional. His message came across more like a demand than a conversation, and even when I responded respectfully, the tone remained dismissive. I also asked for clarification about a parking space I was told was “reserved,” even though it has remained unused and does not show as unavailable online. Instead of providing a clear response, I was met again with short, discourteous replies. In previous interactions, I’ve also felt that policies were applied inconsistently especially regarding late fees. One fee was only waived after I mentioned speaking with corporate, and the tone surrounding the second waiver felt unnecessarily stern, rather than customer-focused. I fully respect company policies and procedures, but how customers are spoken to matters. All I expect is professionalism, courtesy, and consistency especially from management. I hope corporate reads this and takes steps to ensure that communication with customers is handled respectfully and with basic hospitality. I truly like this facility otherwise, and I hope these concerns are addressed moving forward. An, I recently just met the new Assistant manager and he was very professional and pleasant I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Super helpful management team and very well priced. I had a lot of stuff in storage through a recent heavy snow storm and was worried about any damage. Recently moved out and everything was in perfect condition!
