BEWARE! What started out as 50 dollars a month for a 5x15 ended up being 173 a month 18 months later. I provided a screenshot shot below to back up my claim. They are constantly raising the rates every 3 to 6 months. The initial rate will be only for the first 3 months then they will go up. What they do should be a crime and I have been working with law makers to put some type of regulations on these tactics. They also are hardly ever in the office to conduct business. If you live in a house with property, it would be a lot cheaper just to rent to own a 8x12 storage barn for 130 a month. It’s what I did and it only took less than a week to have it put in my yard, as seen in my second photo.

The property manager, Bobbie, was so helpful. I've never rented storage before, and she made the process quick and easy. She also helped me get the app loaded and working on my phone. Her positive energy and great customer service skills are what made me decide to rent here. She's a gem!

I would like to take a min and brag on Ms. Michelle at this facility. I was in a huge rush with everything the other day while renting a unit. She greeted me with a smile and an understanding attitude. She jumped straight into action and tried to do things as quickly as possible after I expressed how big of a hurry I was in! She explained everything clearly and made it a wonderful experience. This is not my first time at this office either. Every other time I have attempted to make contact with someone in this office during business hours, there is never anyone there! So yes I was thrilled to actually make contact with someone and be met with great customer service. I wish you had more employees like Michelle!!!! Thanks Michelle for a great experience!!!
