I had a great experience at Public Storage downtown at the 3rd ave location. Actually the lady working is a property manager at a different location entirely! Her name is Vickie. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and she made the whole rental process quick and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I got the right unit for my needs. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about customers the way Vickie does. Highly recommend this location!

MONICA gets 100% credit for this review. She is the reason I'm still renting a locker there. It's easy to bounce around from storage facility to storage facility when they jack up the monthly rental fee like they do but Monica has turned this cold cement building into a warm and inviting place. I always see her cleaning up around the property (as long as someone hasn't stolen her broom!! lol) and she's very knowledgeable/patient. Public Storage, you've got yourself a keeper. Give her all the love you've got, because I can't be the only one who has stayed with you guys because of her.

I provided the exact dimensions of my food truck before renting a unit. Even though they knew the size would not match any of their available units, they still tried to rent me the space. When my food truck was delivered from China to the storage address, we discovered that all the units have the same height, and my truck does not fit. This could have been clarified in advance. The management was very unprofessional throughout the process and showed zero customer service or willingness to take responsibility. I would not recommend this facility to anyone with large or specialty storage needs

This location is always clean, safe and secure. I will always use public storage at 3rd avenue Nashville TN for my storage needs. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
