Wonderful

This place is top notch. I have never moved in to a place as quick as 11 E. They do things the right way. Get a unit, move in., use your own lock and Pay at the beginning of the month. That’s it, done, over with. It’s clean and well lit. And you need to talk to the manager, guess what, he answers. I will definitely tell anyone looking this is the place to go. Kodak it’s worth the drive! I did not receive anything for this review, gave it happily.

We were moving and needed A storage space right away. We called and left a message and then pulled up to the gate and were let in and assigned a storage space before we even signed a lease. it was great dealing with 11 E storage. It was a clean and secure storage area. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience with Rocky Top Self Storage! Communication was always quick and easy, and the location is very convenient and easy to access. The whole process from move-in to move-out was smooth. Highly recommend if you need a reliable storage option in the area!

I rented multiple units for several years and had a very great experience with management. The owner was very understanding of my situation and helped where he could. Love that the storage units are in a passkey gated access only which made me feel like my belongings were the most secure they could be but still accessible to us 24 hours a day.
