Had my storage unit for almost 2 years for the most part no issues however any issues that did come up were never addressed because you can never get ahold of anyone through call, text, or email. Never once in 2 years have I been able to get ahold of anyone for assistance including when moving out of the unit.

Having to sell my parents home, relocate my sister to an apartment that is not ready, moving her furniture into Grove Indoor Storage was a breeze among chaos! I originally thought I needed a larger space. Changing to smaller was easy. The lease process was very pleasant with all being accommodating. Inside the building it is well lit with timed lighting available if needed. Most of all, I felt the security system with a coded door entry along with cameras was the best!! Thanks Grove Indoor Storage for providing me with a dry, secure and climate controlled environment storage space.

Clean and safe very good experience! I rented my unit online on my phone. Very convenient and awesome experience. Had my things in storage for 11 months. 24/7 Access! Will go to them if I ever need storage space again.

A nice storage unit close to everything in Oak Ridge. The prices are good, especially since all of the storage units are climate controlled. The building has proximity card access for entrance, and you can go in any time of the day. The only two downsides are: (1) that there appears to be no current working/active surveillance cameras on the premises, just some that are not hooked up; (2) the doors to all of the units are plywood and 2x4 lumber. Most of them are okay, but they are a bit flimsy, and would not stand up to much abuse if someone wanted to break into a unit.

First of all I’d like to start out by saying this review should have been done by me a while back. I have been a customer of Grove indoor storage for more than a year and have never felt more secure about my belongings. The communication they provide is by far the best I have ever had with any business of any kind anywhere. I went through some hard times and lost my job, my fiancé left me, I hit rock bottom and hardly had enough money to make it. I barely explain my situation to Koreen and she was more than willing to work with me in anyway possible. She has made sure that I didn’t lose my belongings. I’m glad to say that I’m doing a lot better right now but I sure wish that every business I dealt with gave me the same courtesy and respect that they did. Their office is not hard to find and I actually was able to get a unit on a Sunday when I first started out with them. I forget the gentleman‘s name but he went out of his way to swing by and make sure I had a key and I made a payment over the phone. So again disregard any negative comments on here because this is one of the best businesses I’ve ever delt with!!!! Thank you for Everything! Sincerely Scott Mitchell
