This has to be the cleanest storage unit I have seen in oh so many years. I have used so many over the years (30 military) and so many moves. No dirt or dust, no cobwebs and floor is super clean. The management is super easy to work with as well. Very polite and helpful.

Wonderful experience with Synergy Storage! When I found myself in a situation where I needed to get a storage unit in Dickson very last minute, AND on a Sunday, I was not surprised when Google showed all of them were closed. Initially, I wasn't too concerned because I was under the impression that most storage facilities have the option to find, rent and move into a unit the same day, without having to actually see or speak to a person, but that is definitely not the case in Dickson. I looked at every single option in Dickson County that had a website, and though several mentioned "same day rentals" or similar, upon going through the steps to reserve a unit I realized that wasn't actually the case, esp if you were looking to do it on a Sunday when they were closed. But Synergy came through by offering this convenient service as advertised! It was pretty clear on the website that was what you were getting, but having already realized so many other facilities made it sound like this was possible, I couldn't help but to be a little skeptical. So with very little faith I would actually receive a response that day (since they were closed after all), I went ahead and called and left a message to confirm. To my pleasant surprise I received a call back within about 15 minutes from the property manager (I believe) who did confirm that I would be able to move in that same day after completing the information and payment online. I am so very grateful for this man who went out of his way to return my call when he absolutely did not have to, providing the assurance I was hoping to get so I could rent the unit with peace of mind. Everything from that point was quick, seamless and so simple, receiving confirmation emails regarding the unit, payment made, and detailed instructions on how to access the unit. There were no gray areas or unanswered questions once I reviewed the information emailed to me. The facility is very nice, clean and I feel safe having my stuff stored at Synergy. Oh and did I mention that I chose one of the units that is offering first month free?!?! Can't beat that! Highly recommended!

I found and had to do business with Synergy Storage by unfortunate circumstances. Our new build is 4 months past contract completion date and our current is closing in a week. I am so wary of using storage facilities for obvious reasons. When I walked in the building (we rented climate control), it was nice, well maintained, no foul smells. The unit had a tab that sealed it. When it was opened, there was a nice little welcome “kit” which included the type of lock needed per their policies. It’s a very secure building. My kids have been locked out with arms full of stuff because they didn’t have the code and I was in the unit… oops.🙊 I have lugged and hauled so much stuff and made many trips from Lyles. I pass another climate control business, but believe our stuff is in the best place. 10/10 recommend. Just wish it was under my circumstances.
