CubeSmart Storage was a blessing for me as I transition my “Snowbird “ move from the coldest place ever Pennsylvania to My winter home Knoxville Tennessee (GO VOL’S 🧡) Keisha is amazing, kind, very welcoming and made my process easy, She is so friendly and again kind and welcoming! I would say one of the nicest people I have met since coming back to East Tennessee 🧡 During my transition I found a CubeSmart facility that was more convenient and much closer so I stopped in and was greeted by Alexandra who was extremely friendly, welcoming ,kind and very helpful in transferring my storage area to the one closer to my daughter, she made this so easy and notified the other location that I would be transferring. Both of these young ladies were wonderful to do business with and made my process easy! Thank You Keisha and Alexandra, I appreciate all your help and especially making me feel welcomed! D Fairman

I called corporate to get an estimate on a 5 x 10 storage shed. It took forever to get a straight answer and in the meantime, I was treated like just a piece of scum with money in a wallet. I was Very insulted because the Person I talk to was giving me a pathetic sales pitch over and over again. I understand it was that person‘s job so I blame the highest corporate level for their tactics. it’s humiliating trying to just get some information and being treated like a piece of garbage just so the company can make a few extra bucks. Because it was the closest storage to my house. I went over and met with Alexandra in person. Alexandra gave a five star interaction she actually had a heart and treated me like a human being. Why can’t they do that on the phone at the corporate level? The reason I i’m leaving a three star review is because of Alexandra. Her performance alone deserves five star but being treated like a pathetic excuse of an existence with money in my wallet from the corporate level I give zero stars. I’m sick of being treated like crap because all these people want is money. When does the value of money outweigh the value of morality? Give Alexandra a major raise and a promotion to the corporate level so you can have somebody in the office who actually treats people with respect

After leasing a large storage building. Sign hanging on fence states free first months rent. after signing contract they said that that did not apply for the property i was at. then couple months in they raised my rent. sent email and raised rent like i had no choice. this company is bait and switch with spacials advertised and also with the rent on building. cost me extra to have to move all my things out to a other facility do there dishonesty in business.. My father in law passed a year ago and the manager Alexandra was amazing with helping us get everything transferred to our names so we would take over payments, extremely helpful especially since we are in San Diego, the facility is clean and well maintained with easy access!
