The front entrance has been inoperable and closed off for a while now, leaving the back the only way of getting in and out. Construction work has been going on there for many weeks, too, and the workers don't seem to care where they park or place the materials to allow renters access inside. My unit was a converted office that was on an outer wall. The other units I've seen over the months look much nicer. Over time, drafts started to blow and bend the tiles. Have found a couple of brown recluse, so you may want to put out a few glue traps if you're in and out moving regularly.
