AAA Storage was the best and easiest experience. I wasn’t able to make my initial check in on Saturday so Susan took time on her day off to come meet me and get me checked in the following Monday! Very friendly customer service and she went above and beyond to show me a few units and find the best fit. Overall 10/10 recommend!

Clean and well maintained is putting it mildly. I've seen my share of storage facilities but AAA Storage on Circle Dr is cleaner and better staffed than some hospitals I've been to. There is a number to call in case of Emergencies. The difference here is when you dial this one, somebody picks up the phone and actually helps you out. I haven't had anything stolen from my unit, nor have I heard of anyone else having anything stolen. It's a little out of the way for me, but well worth the distance given the service. In addition, there are ways to truly cut down on your monthly costs, and the Welcome Kit is something I'll bet I'll never receive from a storage facility ever again. Personally, I resent having to pay rent on things I already own, having to box up and hide away things that I cherish. Nevertheless, when I move those things, Angie and Sam are people I'll miss. This past year or so has been a dark and almost constant source of bitterness and frustration.... but they somehow remain, faces and voices of unspoken reassurance that I don't understand and can hardly explain. You're welcome to rent storage elsewhere, but here you'll get peace of mind.

I must say I was very impressed with the customer service and overall all professionalism of the team at AAA Storage. They were very attentive and provided me with many option of units and were kind enough to escort me to the various units to ensure I was getting on in a location of the facility that would suit my needs. I have used many storage facilities over the years from the northeast all the way down to where I am now, and I will say this has been the best experience. A very clean and tidy facility with staff on premises 24/7. You can rest assured that your items will be secure here. Can't recommend enough!!!
