Dude, I really wanna leave a really good review for James that works at the front desk. He’s an awesome Employee. He helped us move in with lightning speed and gave us a great deal for our unit. Also, he even gave us a free ! when we didn’t have one! highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a unit ask for James!! 😊

every interaction along the signup process was incredible. i called them a few times before i ended up paying and getting my locker and spoke with some very nice women every time. this company seems to care about customer service which is very nice to see in 2025. one of the managers called me about my reservation and was very respectful when i told him i didn’t want to be called again for awhile because i was waiting on some things before i would be ready to get my locker. joe definitely went out of his way to help me get set up with my locker and took the time to answer my many questions. he is a very personable guy and i had a great time making small talk with him as well. 10/10 keep doing what u are doing with customer service for sure. the space is very clean and well maintained which obviously matters as well but customer relationships is by far the most important thing to me.

I'm mean the facilities are good. Their location is convenient and the prices are fair. But what sets Extra Space apart in my mind is the available accessible and reasonable site managers. I've always found someone I can talk to you, that's willing to listen and help and make sure that I'm having a good experience as a customer. I can't say that's true with other storage facilities. I've been with this company for almost 2 years now and I plan on sticking around as long as I need storage.
