I originally ordered a 10 x 15 but very quickly found out I would need a 10 x 20 on the ground level because my furniture is extremely heavy. Tracey found me a larger unit on short notice which was fantastic. She also assisted me in getting smaller unit a few weeks later that I could use for sorting. It's been a great experience working with her. I can also tell you I shopped around, and Public Storage has the best rates by far. Thank you!
