Lone Star Storage - Beaumont

Was with the place for about eight months, then decided to move into a bigger unit. Submitted photos of the unit I moved out left it clean and this is the second month now I've gotta pay rent on that unit. I'm not using because of some formality they say I need to secure the unit. The problem is is when I got the new unit it wasn't even secure. They gave me a lock that was broke.

Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t waste your time or money with this joke of a place. The people barely speak English. I called earlier this afternoon and asked what time they were closed. She told me five I get there at four and theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re closed strike one she tells me to go online and pay for my thing which I did and she would call me right back. She never did ! Strike 2 I paid for my unit and called them back two minutes before five. She said sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s still doing the paperwork. It was almost an hour later. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve already paid everything then she doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t call me. She text me and tells me Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m sorry you were not approved lol which is hilarious because my credit score is almost a 700 now Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve already paid. Theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve taken my money. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know when Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m gonna see that back and she wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even answer the phone. This place is ridiculous if I could leave zero stars, I would
