The customer service is great and the storage unit is okay. The issue is they don’t tell you every six months they will raise your rent. I’m paying $130 more than what I initially signed up for. They have had 3 rent increase in a year and a half. If you rent here just know they will continue to raise your rent by 50+ dollars every 6 months

I honestly pay a little more than said budget with Public Storage, but I continue to patronize this establishment because Miss Laura is adorable ! She’s the sweetest little lady and always call with a courtesy call if I am a little late so that I can avoid the fees if possible ! My unit has been safe , the grounds are always kept clean and well lit ! Thanks guys for all that you do !

Laura is great. She really worked to get in touch to make sure we didn’t lose our stuff when our card expired. 99% of your experience with storage is going to be the manager of the property. This facility is in good hands with Laura.
