Amazing customer service from the manager, Kim!! She’s very very professional and super sweet. They have garages and large covered rv/boat spaces slanted at an angle, with enough road room to back into! Making it very easy and stress free to park. Spaces come with fire extinguishers and 120v power outlets. The office and bathroom are very clean. They even have an ice machine! I was impressed! I Highly recommend!

Deceptive pricing! Your rate jumps 3x! We were lied to regarding the price of storage here. They intentionally deceive you with a fake first month cost, then physically mail you a new rate that is 3 times your initial rate (if for whatever reason don’t receive the letter, they raise your cost regardless). This is why they don’t offer contracts to hide the major hike in cost. We were told we can simply ask to retain the original rate once we received the letter, although when we called they went back on their word. For the same rate here, you can be closer to the lake, and without bird poop all over your rv/boat.

We have had our Trailer parked there for 2 years. We were always happy with the spot, but the last couple of month we have had nothing but problems. The electrical outlets are worn out to where the electrical cord falls out. When we addressed that with the lady that works there, she told my husband to bungee cord the extension cord, so it can’t slip out. When asked if they will fix it eventually she told my husband „that’s not going to happen“, I don’t pay over $200 a month to get that kind of answer. Also the birds have been a big problem lately which we addressed and nothing is being done about that either. The new lady that is there is rude and not helpful at all. We have called corporate and were told someone would call us back but that didn’t happen. Not sure if all the Bird feces on the outlet is not a fire hazard. The GFI is tripped often now, even with the bungee cords. Not to mention all the bird droppings on the trailers
