Excalibur Storage here in Burnet has been great to work with, but the real reason for this review is Paulett Casper. We were in the middle of a stressful situation and needed to downsize our unit pretty quickly. The last thing we needed was more pressure — and Paulett made sure that didn’t happen. She was calm, kind, and incredibly helpful. She walked us through our options, answered every question, and made the whole process feel manageable instead of overwhelming. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she works with, not just the paperwork. The facility is clean, secure, and well kept — but customer service like Paulett’s is what truly makes Excalibur Storage stand out.
