Attractive move-in cost, expect three rate hikes a year pretty much doubling the move-in price within one year. Bluetooth gate opening stopped working within a month of moving in and has never been fixed. EDIT: I've raised the rating due to their customer service. They called and discussed all my issues with me, explained about the mouse problem due to someone storing perishable food and they are dealing with it. They are getting on the gate repair, and they also offered several options to offset the rental increase. I'm glad they monitor review and respond quickly. That's how companies should be run!
