Yesenia was very helpful I could not get my storage door unlocked, she was kind and very helpful. Thank you so much. Another great experience at Public Storage Carrollton, went to my unit and was my key would not open lock, Cynthia was on duty and helped me get into my unit. I have to say Cynthia, save the day. I had a great welcoming from Jodi there at the property, I just would like to recommend you all to let us know at the signing that customers can use their own lock , and not have to purchase your locks for 19 dollars. that is something that should be told up front , not after you have signed a promise note, and agreed to the terms. I felt a little trapped into the contract.

Attractive move-in cost, expect three rate hikes a year pretty much doubling the move-in price within one year. Bluetooth gate opening stopped working within a month of moving in and has never been fixed. EDIT: I've raised the rating due to their customer service. They called and discussed all my issues with me, explained about the mouse problem due to someone storing perishable food and they are dealing with it. They are getting on the gate repair, and they also offered several options to offset the rental increase. I'm glad they monitor review and respond quickly. That's how companies should be run!

Alex at the Trinity Mills location is awesome. He was very professional, helpful and pleasant to work with in my transfer from one unit to another. He has always been approachable and pleasant in all my interactions with him.

I’ve been with Public Storage for over 5 years and In the past it was hard to find good customer service and overall experience but in the last year I met Alex and he has been outstanding in customer service, honest, helpful and on top of things (reminding me about things). I really appreciate him! Thanks!!!

I have been renting here for a bit. I absolutely love the staff. Alex has been the biggest help to me. I've ended up getting additional units here simply because of the great service and great prices.
