Started with a 10 x 15 that was 90 a month, then it went to 120, then it went up again randomly to 150 a month for the space. Saw online that they had a 10 x 12.5 for 80 a month and had to switch and move everything from one unit to the other… so current customers get screwed and don’t have access to the same promos that they use to bait and switch new customers. 3 days in a row I went to the office to try to return my locks and get refunded for 20$ dollars a piece since I have my own, and no one was in the office. Tried to call the number on the lock drop box outside the door and it said that location doesn’t have the system to do that on the phone. So I tried to call the property manager or customer service to talk to someone and was forced to leave a voicemail and noone has reached out yet… I will be using this unit for a month to give me sometime to shop the competition and move my stuff. Won’t be using public storage again with the lack of communication, access to an actual person, and price hiking every couple months “based on the marketing teams discretion.” Additionally, 15 dollars a month for insurance is mandatory, even though I have renters insurance that covers my property at home and away from residence. What a waste of money and time. Sad to see big companies have little to no access to communication with a human, and not even care or empower their CS agents the tools to give loyal customers discounts. No justification whatsoever to basically double my unit rent over the course of 9 months.

I moved in September from Ohio. Valerie was awesome at navigating me through the process and upgrading me to a bigger unit for more space. I lost my keys to unit and both were awesome at helping me find a locksmith to get my lock cut so I could move in before the holidays. Friendly and haggle free. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone!

I like this place. From when I started and when I had an issue with my lock (my fault), Valerie, the manager there, has gone out of her way to help me and make me feel like a valued customer. That’s rare these days. Plus the place is always clean and well kept. I’m so glad I chose this place over the other storage properties I looked at.
