Wow, great place with great help. Ashley was our helper and she hooked us up. Perfect unit 2nd floor but elevator access. Climate control and lights with a timer on it. Fantastic. Fast and easy and Ashley was the best

Public Storage has lost my trust and my business. I rented a space at a "promotional" rate, with no indication that the pricing would change and even says on their website that you lock in the pricing and won't change even if the prices go up later. They require you use autopay, then six months later jack the prices up 200%, then another 50% 3 months later, without so much as a phone call. Poor property manager has no control over pricing and is forced to take the brunt of burned customers' frustration. Shame on you Public Storage .

Moving this time was quite stressful however, Robert and Ashley made the process so much easier. I also appreciate the security features at this facility. Discounted rate online was also honored when I booked one of the Storage units with Local property manager.
