She has all the answers to any questions or concerns you may have. The units are very clean and big for the price. New owners took over years ago. Since then its been a repeat of rates going UP EVERY time I turn around. We started at $225 for the largest they have. Its $360 now with nonend in sight. They constantly up rates. Get a contract for years! They will charge a high rate for FORCED insurance if you dont prove to them... over and over... that you have additional insurance. Our autopay was just ... cleared.. again.. and im sure they are gonna lock us out and charge an unlock and late fee. Yes they are conveniently located. We are clearing out and getting away from this money sink. Once they get you... they will just keep increasing the rates... knowing you dont want to haul that storage stuff around.
