I would like give Extra Space Storage a lot of credit. They were so helpful and accommodating. Everyone I spoke to has been very nice and patient. I only needed storage for about a month and they were quick, easy and very professional! Would definitely recommend!!

Michael, the manager of the Extra Space Storage on Inwood road in Dallas is absolutely fantastic! He is friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and savvy. I have used other storage facilities around the area, but this type of manager is one who builds brand loyalty and will keep customers coming back. The facility is very clean and well taken care of, properly lighted and in a great location. I have no problems giving this storage facility and Michael, the manager, 5 stars!

They’ve also been very accommodating, allowing us to transfer units and providing us with discounts when they can. Michael and his team are doing an amazing job!
