I’m leaving an additional review because I previously shared feedback under my main account and still stand by it also somehow not showing up which is suspicious. That said, I never received the expected credit for the lock, and it appears no one verified whether my keyed lock was left in the drop box on 1/10. Regardless, Jill was friendly, kind, and understanding. She immediately issued the refund and apologized. This was my only positive interaction at this location, and my rating is based solely on Jill’s professionalism and customer service.
