Public Storage Review: I had a very disappointing experience with Public Storage. During the time my belongings were stored, rats got into my unit and destroyed most of my items. They chewed through clothes and left significant damage from urine and waste, forcing me to discard everything and resulting in thousands of dollars in losses. To make matters worse, my unit was also broken into, adding to the distress. When I filed an insurance claim, they only covered $250 of the damages for the rat infestation. Additionally, I moved out on the first, but they still expected me to pay for the entire month, which felt extremely unfair. I would strongly advise against using this storage facility, as there’s a lack of proper pest control and security. I lost everything and do not recommend it at all.
