Mary was nice and professional. I signed up with their website and I couldn't find the message on my phone with the unit number, so she pulled it up. Security is tight, but once you register during business hours you have gate access with the keypad. Must drive car for the sensor to work, my scooter didn't have the weight. It's great for someone with valuables or junk I guess if you want. Reply to owner: Oh it was ok, it was my fault, I couldn't find it in my email :^)

My sister's and I had to put our mom personal items in storage, However our mom died and we are in the process of removing her belongings Mary was so amazing she was very kind and very attentive listening to me she is definitely an asset to your company, Thanks again Mary you ROCK !!!!!

Mary the manager is always nice and helpful. I only have a few issues to grip about: 1. Few years ago my unit was vandalized. 2. When moving out I discovered that some of my things were destroyed by rats. There were even dead mice in several of my bins.

I've had my storage a year and haven't had any problems that was caused by the facility! My visits are always pleasant and just stopping in for five minutes to pay my bill is always a delite. The manager and ever her little dog are awesome!
