From the moment I walked in, Elijah was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. You can tell he really cares about the property and the people who come through the door. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the different unit options, and made sure I understood everything clearly. The facility itself was clean, well organized, and felt very secure, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. What really stood out was Elijah’s customer service. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way he does. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and you can tell he takes real pride in his job. If you’re looking for storage in Denton, this is definitely the place to go. Elijah Hoyt provides outstanding service and truly makes the experience a great one. Highly recommend!
