When I realized I had purchased the wrong style of unit, he quickly and efficiently helped me transfer my account and get everything sorted out. The initial call took over half an hour and should have taken at least half of that. I requested a 10x20 storage unit climate controlled and offered one that is not climate controlled; however that was only AFTER my payment had been taken and I asked to confirm it was climate controlled. NOT happy with this experience and I sure as hell wouldn't recommend you to anyone else. I live at Robson Ranch just down the street and know a lot of people. Believe me, they will hear about it if they ever ask.
