Wonderful new management of the location. The old owners hardly answered the phone and they weren't even working on the site two days out of the week. Story was that they were remotely working. I believe employee that was working behind the counter was actually living there (?) Yet, still only operated 3 days out of the week. With these new owners and management, they always seem to be on the property site; my rent has come down; and they are improving the conditions of the property. Just the other day they laid out tar to improve the parking lot grounds.
