Broken A/C for months, terrible management
Worst experience ever, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They advertise as climate controlled units, they had their broken A/C unit for months, and still charge me full price, everytime I complained the staff said they will fix it, they never fixed it, my belongings got damaged because of that, please don’t use this facility!

Bait and switch pricing
This place practices a classic bait and switch price scheme. I rented unit for an agreed upon, contracted price (not an introductory rate or teaser rate) and then after a few months they informed me via email that they were raising the rent. The rent went up by almost $50. Most rental contracts have a clause that allows incremental increases to rent upon notice, by the increase was ridiculously high and placed my in a terrible position considering I was unable to return immediately to El Paso. It's an an unethical and unscrupulous business practice, so beware before you rent a storage unit here.
