It all seems great to begin with. Once you are locked in with the contract and moved your stuff in is when the real fun begins. There is nobody onsite to help you, the office is a walk in automated system and good luck getting someone to show up on the screen to actually help. Then a few months into your agreement, you will be notified that in less than 30 days, your bill will increaee drastically. Mine within three months went from $249. to $342. My daughter began her contract at the end of Nov. 2025 and she was notified this month (Jan 2026) that her bill is going from $98 to over $187. per month. They are VERY shady!!! We were given a unit with a broken door, we had loaded everything into it and couldn't reach anyone for 3 days. Then their option were for us to move it to another unit ourselves or their repair guys could go to the unit within a few more days to repair it unsupervised. My husband fixed it himself which should not have happened, especially with them being told he is disabled and should not be on a ladder fixing their door. I do not recommend them at all. Your best bet is to run away from this place.

Leslie was helpful and friendly in getting us set up. The system was working properly as we tried to enter the data on the iPad. She completed entering the info on her side. We had just made a long haul move and were exhausted, she was genuinely understanding. Thank you.
