Office manager is a great guy, goes above and beyond I rented a supposed 10x20 unit, it turned out to be pie shaped and narrowed to 7 feet at the back! Manager found me another as someone was moving out that day. So manager 5 stars company 2 stars

Collin did an excellent job at getting me all set-up for my upcoming rental as I had experienced a few hicups with the online lease app, ( by no fault of theirs). He was able to get everything handled & fixed immediately. I appreciated his help. The place looks clean and secure.

I was at the storage and I needed help with a small problem. I went up to the front desk and this very nice worker was there. Collin was his name. He was super helpful and more than happy to help me out. I was very pleased with his help and not only that but the place was beyond clean and well organized. Extra space storage has by far been the best storage I have been in. Overall I will 100% be coming back to this wonderful place. Thanks Collin!

Tuesday I was going around researching storage rental unit pricing and by chance I came upon an Extra Space Storage Facility located at 5401 W Rosedale St Fort Worth, TX 76107. The Store Manager Collin and Assistant Manager Brianna came to my rescue 🛟 they are quite a dynamic Duo 🙂 Knowledgeable and incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire rental process. They went above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns, making me feel confident about storing my belongings. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my storage needs and was dedicated to finding the best solution for me. This was such a pleasant rental experience and that made the entire process much more enjoyable. Thank you Collin and Brianna 🤩

Absolutely frustrating experience. My storage unit rate jumped from $54 to $92 with zero notice, despite being a month-to-month tenant for several months. I even tried paying ahead of time to prevent month-to-month rate changes, but it was difficult and unclear how to do so. When I asked for clarification, I was told that rate increase notices are “mailed only” and that online promo rates only apply to new customers — even though the SAME unit was listed for $36 online. This experience left me frustrated and stressed, and I would strongly caution anyone renting here to read the fine print carefully and watch their bills closely.
