Just wanted to drop a quick line about my recent experience. Jordan c , was so nice I figured she should have a shout out You know how stressful moving can be, right? Well, I was lucky enough to have the wonderful person who assisted me guide me through everything, and she honestly made such a difference. She took the time to patiently go over every single detail, which I really appreciated. It's so nice when someone doesn't rush you! Plus, she did a fantastic job showing me how to use the app – it's actually super intuitive now that I've seen it in action. That demo was incredibly helpful! Seriously, her clear explanations and willingness to ensure I understood everything truly made a world of difference during what could have been a much more overwhelming process thank you - love Courtney.

I have had an amazing initial experience with Jordan and Brett at the Blue Mound location thus far. From setting up service online to having questions answered has been pleasant. Brett even went above and beyond to provide me with details on how to get through the gate, navigate the grounds after entering in through the gate, hours of availability for both the facility and the office and anything else I had a question with. They have both assisted with making me happy in choosing to store my items with Extra Space Storage. I’d definitely recommend them. I’ll try to come back and update my thoughts after moving my items in and paying my monthly fees after some time.

I have had a storage unit at this location for a couple years (including time under the previous owner). Today without any notice or explanation my autopay was charged $80 more than any previous month....a 50% increase. This is NOT how any business with integrity conducts itself. Meanwhile, the advertised price on their web site for the same size/type unit is 1/3 the price I was charged. Mistake? Crooks? Con job? Unethical business practices? I left a message...waiting to hear their explanation.
