2.5 stars ..On a positive note, the place is clean! Watch your account regarding cancellation of insurance. Remember to take a Screen shot when you cancel, check with your own insurance, most home insurances cover property kept in storage. Property manager has no knowledge on how operate the web site in order to cancel insurance ( how convenient), difficult to reach someone over the phone, the 1 800 number is a waste of time, huge language barrier and the rates will drastically increase. The website will not accept the insurance change on the first go around, had to change it a second time , hence the screen shot requirement when I called the customer service number. Think and rethink the business you deal with!
Anonimous 2008You pay all this money to rent here and yet the damn elevators all of them are down have been for the last 3 weeks .. like how long do it take them the entry or exit doors don’t work all the time either I do not Recommend this location and the staff ain’t never here
