Everyone I spoke with over the phone were extremely accommodating however Michelle and Jorge shined the brightest. Michelle was accommodating, endearing and patient with me as we were figuring out what size unit I needed. It took me too long to write a review, but my experience at this Public Storage location was nothing short of excellent and Jorge was the primary reason. He was very helpful and informative during the initial rental process and always warm and pleasant if I saw him when I was visiting my unit. The unit, itself, was perfectly suited to my needs and quite affordable. The move-out process was quick and simple; I’d be glad to rent from them again, should the need arise. Thanks again, Jorge!

I didn't end up using thier services, but the customer service was top tier. The weekend manager, I don't remember his name, returned VM promptly and gave me a tour on short notice.
