I can’t say enough about these two ladies that work at this location.. Jennifer and Sonja are two of the most professional people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with! There was a mixup with my rental and these two awesome ladies made it right and got me out of there in about 10 minutes. I will use this place for all my storage needs from now on!

I’ve been renting a storage unit for almost a year now . The lady that works in the office is very rude , disrespectful & has no home training. She called me to ask about a Lock that was placed on my storage by them . Because I was late paying . I was Charged for the lock . Now they want me to go take the lock off my storage nd return it to them . I was explained to the rude lady that called me. I live 2 hours away . The same way they put the lock on my storage is the same way they can remove it. I don’t understand why I have to 1. Pay for the lock 2. Go way over there just to return the lock I PAID FOR . Instead of handling this situation like a mature adult . She clicked on me . So so soooo unprofessional! When I called back I didn’t get no response. Is this how yall treat people. Customer service sucks !!!
