The place is nice but it don't look like it's a safe place to keep your stuff. Seen this on the way out. Bunch of units looked to be broke into gate wide open doors wide open elevators work only half the time Update today is dec 10th no update on the elevators. They still not working. Haven't been able to get in storage since Thanksgiving. All of our Christmas stuff an work stuff is in there. I FEEL WE ALLLL NEED A PAYMENT COMPENSATION for the time YOUR equipment has not worked for us to get into our storages in this time. You telling me that you the company can't get into the building??? That is a fire hazard health hazard what if someone breaks in to the facility And you're not there to stop it. For all that, we know as a customer. There could be people inside our units, getting a free for all from the side doors on the stairs. It's not hard for someone to break into one of them doors. I think I'm speaking for everyone on this one WE NEED ACCESS TO OUR BELONGINGS AS WE PAY FOR YOU TO STORE AND KEEP SAFE FROM WATHER AN CRIMINALS... NOT TO KEEP FROM US

Buyer beware! We rented a storage facility in November 2025 for $47.00. I just received notice that in April 2026, the rent will will increase to $70 per month. So the good price I thought I was getting was more like a bait and switch scheme. You may love the price at the time you rent, but it most likely will not be the price that's soon to come.

I was recently looking for a place and due to the recent break-ins is why I gave this location at three star. The service that I received upon walking in was five stars as the service attendant upfront was very polite. I worked with Michael. He was very pleasant and when I was closing out because I was a resident for only 48 hours I worked with Christina. She was nice as well. At this time I observed broken into unit on the inside. That does not give me peace of mind nor ease about putting my personal belongings in this facility. Even with being on an indoor with a door code somehow there was a unit broken into on the inside. So we took our things out after moving in in less than 48 hours. It was an extra work, however I’d rather have my thing somewhere where I have a piece of mind, then leaving them here and chancing it being stolen. I did speak to the property about it. They said they are aware of it, and they said the police reports have been filed. The police have been coming out to surveillance the property more. But after multiple break-ins, I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my grandmother‘s belongings there. So rent at your own Comfort level. Again the service I received was decent service. Hopefully they’ll refund me my admin fee being the the reason I’m moving is because of the Theft. So we shall see how that’s handled.

I have been using this facility for four years. It is very close to my home, so I chose it because of that, and also because it was new and looked very secure. Oh, how I was wrong—within a year my shed was broken into and I suffered large losses. I was not given access to any video to review. The date of the break in is unknown because I did not visit the shed regularly. I got no help from management, what little management there is—I went today to retrieve Christmas decorations and there no carts to use. And, of course, the office was locked up, empty, with no lights on. There was a ‘chat’ number on the door. My wife tried call them but they said the number she used was only for renting a space, not service. Costs go up and up and we are finished. I can’t wait to give notice!

Due to storm damage on November 29th, access to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the main storage building is currently unavailable. At this time, there is no way for tenants or the property manager to reach any units on those floors. Additionally, the stairways are designated for fire access only and do not provide external entry to the affected floors. Phone calls to the property manager go unanswered. I have visited the property three times this week and spoken with two property managers in person, yet there has been no update on when access will be restored. It is extremely frustrating not to have clear information regarding the condition of my unit from the storm. It is unclear if there is water damage, if climate control is functioning, or when I will be able to access it again Update: I was able to go to a different public storage location to get in contact with the district manager. Both elevators have damaged motherboards. Eta for repair is unknown. They granted 25 dollars for the inconvenience
