Very clean. Very friendly husband and wife team managers. The assistant manager was AMAZING. She was only there to fill in but she needs her own property. There was some issues with payment on the website specials. However she along with the district manager rectified that situation. I highly recommend this property if you need a storage facility. Five stars

This is a really well run operation here in Fort Worth. Great location near downtown and a great staff. Denise, the manager, is extremely nice and helpful. She is always there when I call and quick to answer any questions or help with anything I need! I have stored boats at this location as well as a storage unit. Never had one issue with either. I have dealt with some less than reputable storage locations in the past, so this was definitely a nice change, so I am happy to recommend this to others!

Honestly I went in with stress from the moving and such.....and was met by such a wonderful young lady who made all my stress disappear. I rented storage and reserved a vehicle all in that same day with ease. Laura was so helpful and professional. She really is such a great asset. I appreciate her during this stressful time. Very pleased with level of assistance.
