LIES : TAKE PICTURES TAKE PROOF Lies: only had truck 29hrs charged fir 2 Full Days. Lies: fuel was Under 3/4 when took- I filled up over 3/4 When dropped off. They charged me $12 for less than 1/16th that wasn’t even true, are you kidding.! At least they were honest about milage so I gave 1 Star. Grace was very rude and so was the old skinny lady with glasses who took my rental keys. Very Rude, as they hang out in the “back-room” part of office so you have to YELL for service.

The facility is conveniently located and easy to enter with the pass code. Security is effective. Had a car stored there too for a year or so and zero problem with access or other people tampering with my auto. Rates are reasonable and email reminders help me pay the rent on time. The manager couple are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend friends use the facility.

Very unprofessional. Most rude people I have ever dealt with. I drove in once while emptying my unit and the gate fell off its tracks. The manager actually came out and started cussing and telling at me about it. When she realized it was from faulty maintenance, her words, she didn't even apologize. And they have a rat problem. They put bait in my unit once when I was in there. Three days later it was gone. Had some chewing damage on some furniture that I ended up throwing away. If you are desperate enough to rent here. Get the insurance

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Front desk receptionist was profoundly rude and unprofessional. Incorrectly filled out my paperwork for the u-haul rental and ended up charging me 300$ more than what was intended what felt like was out of spite for her bad day… your company needs to step up and just do better for your community and the people that commute to our town here in granbury… get it together y’all!!! Hopefully we can get this issue resolved or fixed.. I never want to come here again. Go elsewhere if possible

Manager Vickie was very professional and polite. Clean lot and she showed me 3 different units that were exactly what I was looking for and move in ready! I rented from this beautiful and organized business just because of the manager's knowledge and patience.
