Property Manager Marty was the best help. She made the experience of first time storage renters all that much simpler. She was patient, detailed & professional with the best advice as she has storage places herself. Definitely recommend any of the locations she manages.

Update here :) I just want to share another experience with the staff at this PS location. Jason Hosp helped me clear up a very frustrating and time sensitive issue with insurance. I was app challenged, but he was patient with me and explained clearly how to conduct the business I needed to do. I felt relieved after speaking with him, and it confirmed I made the right choice in this location to store my precious belongings. Thank you Jason! Just wanna say that Jennifer is an amazing person, she was kind, helpful and transparent. She answered all my questions, and made sure I had all important information about my unit before I left. She waited with me while I downloaded the app and instructed me on how to open the access point quickly and easily. The property is well kept and clean. Thank you Jennifer! Highly recommended :)

If I could give zero stars, I would! This is by far the worst storage facility I’ve ever dealt with. The property manager, Ebony, is incredibly rude—she hung up on me and then had the audacity to say, “You wanna try this again!?” Completely unprofessional and lacking basic customer service skills. I was a customer at this facility for almost 3 years but chose to leave because of her disrespectful behavior. Who would feel comfortable storing their personal belongings somewhere when the manager herself acts like she could care less—and even sounds like she might destroy your unit? To make matters worse, when I reached out to Jason, the so-called “area supervisor,” he didn’t seem to care at all about the situation. This place is a joke. For a facility that constantly urges customers to leave positive Google reviews, they should focus more on actually providing good service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere—find a facility that truly values and respects its customers.
